Carlos A. Fidalgo is the founder and managing partner of RADAR, Lda, an electronic security company established in Praia, Cape Verde, in 2014. He has more than 20 years of experience in physical security, electronic security systems, video surveillance, security operations and risk assessment, and leads RADAR’s security consulting practice.
